Elvis is in Vegas?
Well, I'm heading to Vegas for the Cougar's bowl game vs. the Oregon Ducks. My roomie and I are trying to think of how we can get on ESPN. For now we're thinking of getting Elvis costumes and holding a sign that says, "Elvis swivels his hips for BYU." Or something like that... Any other suggestions of how to get on ESPN?

me, a musician?
So listen(read) to this... My hair is getting pretty long now days, some call it a mullet. So as it has been getting longer and longer, I've resorted to tucking the out-of-control sideburns behind my ears and pushing the top to a side (creating a semi-part). However, today I just let it fly, you could say, "I let my hair down." At school today, a kid said that I look like that guy from Matchbox 20. Wow, that is awesome. I don't know exactly which "guy" he was talking about, but I think it's Rob Thomas (pictured below). That's right. I think that's a good thing. I was really flattered. I'm going to let my hair down more often.

milwaukee blast
I've been thinking a lot about whether I should move to Milwaukee after graduation or not. I was just reading the news this last week and there was a fatal blast at a factory in Milwaukee. I saw that and thought, is that a sign for me? "If I moved to Milwaukee it would be a blast... or if I moved there it would be fatal....?'' Think about it... get back to me.
three bones
Myron Jones, a wise and successful man, spoke to our class. He said to be successful, we need to focus on three bones:
"My father gave me the greatest gift anyone could give another person, he believed in me."
"If you laugh, you think, and you cry, that's a full day. That's a heck of a day. You do that seven days a week, you're going to have something special. "
"I just got one last thing, I urge all of you, all of you, to enjoy your life, the precious moments you have. To spend each day with some laughter and some thought, to get you're emotions going. "
"Cancer can take away all of my physical abilities. It cannot touch my mind, it cannot touch my heart, and it cannot touch my soul. "
- funny bone
- wish bone
- backbone

good news
Kohl's just extended an offer to me to go to Menomonee Falls, WI and become a Merchandise Analyst in 2007. Wow, exciting. There's someone out there that wants to pay me a lot of money... amazing. It's crunch time, I've got to figure things out. I'll get the official offer letter next week, I don't know how much time I have to let them know. It's almost like having a girlfriend, once you got her you think, "uh, can I do better?" Are there other better opportunities out there for me?
