I have much respect for Bald Mountain. I biked on the highest paved road in Utah. Started at Kamas, UT and biked east for 30 miles to reach the summit. Over 4,000 feet of climbing. I felt like I had some sort of altitude sickness later that night.

Someone showed me this video on youtube a couple weeks ago. We laughed hysterically.... Then I heard it yesterday in the grocery store. It made me smile. I don't think a video like this would go over too well now days.

This guy lives an interesting life. Lance just posted that picture or should I say he just tweeted it. Watching video and viewing pictures from the Tour of Italy, you see "mr. longhorns" all the time. I wonder what his day job is?

I am very pleased with my purchase of the Garmin Edge 305. It tracks everything (look at all the numbers...). I biked Big Mountain... about a 2500 foot climb.

cinco de moustache

Preparations for Cinco de Moustache have begun. I always cop out after 3 or 4 days of attempting to grow some "lip-tickling" facial hair. This year, I feel pretty determined. It's almost been a week and a half of growth. While brushing my teeth the last couple of nights and looking in the mirror, I have been lead to laugh out loud at the sight of my attempt to grow a moustache. More to come...
