I have memories of seeing the bellowing man call out: "Who broke my window" song -- complete with the cheesy smile of the boy who fesses up and all is well, all is well!

That little kid admitting to breaking the window looks totally familiar. Did he do any acting when he was older? Is his name Alfonso or something like that? Let me know if someone finds out.
WOW! I was right. It's Alfonso Ribeiro from Silver Spoons and the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alfonso_Ribeiro). He is also an amazing tap dancer as well.
