Caught

I'm speechless, I don't know what to say. These pictures have surfaced from an unknown source. They need to be analyzed.

Last night I saw Milton Glaser and Steven Heller speak. Afterwards, I was able to shake Milton's hand. It was a great evening. Also, BYU beat TCU, a ranked team. Yeah! They haven't beat a ranked team since 1999. Go Cougars!

BYU Football

I just finished watching BYU play Boston College. In overtime we lost by a touchdown. I don't know why we can't win. In the end, we really didn't deserve to win. We always give the other team so many chances to beat us. They won't take, then finally after so many chances, the other team wins in the end. It's sickning. I don't think I want to watch them play good teams anymore. We're playing Utah State and we'll probably win. Anyway, quite frustrating.

Food quiz nothing

It's 7 o' clock on a Friday night and I'm in the library. In a way, it's a good feeling. Today I:
  • I worked with Ken for 6 hours. (that's 72 bucks)
  • I got paid, pay day
  • Wrote some e-mails
  • Took some quizzes for my cooking class
  • I paid my tuition
  • Talked to Cousin Jeff (he was on campus, but I never met up with him)
And that's about it. Tonight I have a flag football game. I still need to finish writing my One Heart Bulgaria report. Chelsia has e-mailed and left a voicemail about that. I need to finish that by Sunday.

Ken's a funny boss. He's a great guy to work with. He doesn't seem to be too organized though. Maybe he really is swamped, I don't know. Today we were just fixing the BYU Choir website so that it will line up with Choir Showcase bookmark/pamphlet we're about to release. The whole website issue is such a hassle. Everything's really mixed up. BYU needs some help in consistency with web issues. Anyway, Ken feels overwhelmed with the web stuff. Also I organized the new BYU students who are registering for the discount offers.

I got a 10/10 and 8/10 for my first two cooking class quizzes.

Day 1 Adventure

Today I had a great day at the office. It's a fun internship in the HFAC. It's probably the most exciting place that I've worked before. There's a lot of variety in it.

Today in my Marketing Strategy class. Amy Lewis came and spoke to us. She's an amazing lady. She's the CEO of MediConnect Global. I don't know how she does what she does. She has 900 employees. She has a lot of pressure on her.

Tonight I'm planning to go with Ashley to pick up our creations from Color Me Mine. Pretty exciting.

First of All

This is my first true blog. I do not have much to say as of now. Things are exciting right now. I'm enjoying life and keeping busy. I'm just a volunteer intern helping with marketing for the BYU athletics. It is a good time and I'm learning a lot. I'm also involved with the BYU marketing association as a VP of Programs, taking classes, interning in the HFAC with marketing performance events, and trying to be social.
