i get a kick out of it

Here's the "sibling wall shrine" at my parent's house... one of these things is not like the other...:)

The Parthenon will have to substitute for a wife and kids for the time being.

Like a swift kick in the pants? That kind of kick?

(I was rillll close to having a Cinco de Mustache photo competing with my siblings' marriage photos before Cassie came along with the promise of Vinny.)

Miss you, 4.

hahaha. that's how the family wall is at my parents' house too, except the ostracizing is happening with us (the childless) and my little brother (who is single). sad day.

My parents have the exact opposite "problem." There are four very eligible singles and one married sibling who has the corner on the grandchild market.

My mother makes comments about me and my "babies" although there are none. One time I told her I'd whore around if she wanted children that badly. She has since stopped talking about my unborn children, lol.

I saw we auction you off and make some cash off of your singleness!

This is hilarious! My oldest sister is single (34 yrs old) and it's nearly the same thing except her picture is just not on the wall at all. My mom calls it the wedding picture room where everyone has a wedding photo ... oh except my single sister of course.

I think my mom tried to make up for it by framing a photo of my sister in Italy with her roommate (but to avoid the appearance of evil, of course, a photo of 2 women can't be included in the wedding photo room, right?)

I think you should claim the people in the background of your photo as family. Your family was just too busy exploring the area to take a photo.
